Next major holiday in WoW

Blizzard has major holidays in game,now defined as those which carry meta-achievements, and minor holidays - usually only one or two days and without more than perhaps two associated achievements.

Some recent major holidays have been expansions of previously minor holidays (such as Noblegarden).

Disregarding the forthcoming Thanksgiving-inspired holiday, what do you think Blizzard should implement as a 10-16 day major holiday?

i think blizzard needs to put a teacher appriceation day holiday in game. Apple pet for the win

There should be a Forsaken take of the 4th of July where they celebrate freedom from the Scourge and their Plague.

They've got a load of real life related holidays... how about an in-game event?

My vote'd be for a holiday celebrating the fall of the lich king - ok, it's looking towards the future, but that just gives Bliz more room to work it in. One for the defeat of kil'jaeden or the battle of hyjal would also make sense..

That's what Hallow's End is about. Right?

There should be some kind of holiday in June that celebrates some WoW equivalent to School letting out. Have no idea what you'd do but that's my idea.

I think they should implement a spring break holiday with various celebrations along the coasts of Azeroth.

Bit harsh. Us Brits are much nicer than the Scourge...

Mostly I like the idea of New Years because of the cooperation it would require. I would love to see huge Realm events that required more than just the guild to accomplish or take part in.

I think there should be an extended Holiday to celebrate my Birthday, Copies of my char should travel around each server and everyone should get achievements for giving gold or presents to me.

Not sure what real holiday should be extended, they are doing a great job so far.
